I have been zealous about having a great healthy lifestyle but just as importantly a better mental health this eagerness has grown over time and because of this i would love to help others live a better lifestyle.
What you need to have a good health and wellbeing
First make a plan of the activities you want to be able to do in your spare time:
By doing this you can choose what ever activity you want to do because you chose it. This can be motivating because you will enjoy improving your physical and emotional health
Second you may want to set a time of how long you will do each activity:
This is because then you can easly be able to know when and how long they are going to be so you will be able to still do your job or school related work. Fo example you could do 10 minutes of meditation then go back to do 15 - 45 minutes of your work
Third you have to make sure you are eating healthyly:
You can do this by eat fresh fruit (apples, bananas and oranges) and veg (peas, carrots and sweet potatoes). Saying this of course people don't want to not eat fast foods like McDonalds and KFC, however, you want to be aware of how much you eat them. This can be done by cutting back on them, by instead of eating them once a week, maybe, you can eat them once every two weeks
Fourth you will need to cut back on your sugar intake:
By doing this you have a less chance of heart failure or having a stroke
