Currently, the world is facing a global health crisis unlike any other — COVID-19 is spreading human suffering, destabilizing the global economy and upending the lives of billions of people around the globe.

Here are some actions about good health.1 Eating healthy|To eat healthy you need balanced meals which means more of vegetables,apples banana,orange and others.

Another one is exercise,exercise is essential to having good health and is key to having calm and motivated live it keeps calm mentally and physically and that's a big role in good health and wellbeing.

The final one is sleeping,sleeping is a big factor in good health and wellbeing as it gives you the energy and drive to be able to do exercise, it also allows your body to function properly and to get your brain more relaxed.For example i love football but if don't sleep well and i go to the park i would get tired more easily.
