SDG 13 : CLIMATE ACTION

Welcome to SDG Goal 13 where we will be discussing about Climate Action.

Climate Change is one of the most lethal threats the human race has ever faced. However, with the standards of modern living, we are finding it more complicated to battle against Climate Change precisely. Climate Change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. Us humans have struggled to fight against climate change for many reasons such as CO₂ emissions being released into the atmosphere due to the use of petrol cars.

For many, a warming climatic system is expected to impact the availability of basic necessities like freshwater, food security, and energy, while efforts to redress climate change, both through adaptation and mitigation, will similarly inform and shape the global development agenda. The links between climate change and sustainable development are strong. Poor and developing countries, particularly least developed countries, will be among those most adversely affected and least able to cope with the anticipated shocks to their social, economic and natural systems.

The main purpose of this website is exhibit the basic facts about climate and what we can do to change the future of our planet where as reading about my impact and the challenges we face and what we can do to solve them.
