Firstly what is drama?

Drama is the specific mode of fiction represented in performance: a play, opera, mime, ballet, etc., performed in a theatre, on radio or television.

Just like many things drama has a lot of forms and some of them are as follows:

Comedy

In comedy things like your facial expressions, body language and vocal inntonations would cause your wanted reaction from your audience, which is a laugh or amusement. Making swift vocal changes, like going from talking in a low voice to an extremly high one can cause you to get your comic message across, also doing different and unique facial expressions while performing is usuall an assured way to get a laugh.

Mime

A mime artist or just mime is a person who uses mime as a theatrical medium or as a performance art. Miming involves acting out a story through body motions, without the use of speech. And so the important rule in mime is to never speak.

Tragedy

In tragedy there is usually an extremely sad occurence and the play or film would usually end on this note. Shakespeare made a lot of plays that had a tragedy and one of his most famous is Romeo and Juliet, where the two main characters die in the end.

When it comes to acting and being a part of a drama, there are some features that need to be acquired: hard work and commitment, high imagination, an ability to overcome stage fright and an understanding of human behaviour.
