The way music is presented is through forms of singing and playing various kinds of instruments.

Singing

Singing is the act of producing musical sounds with the voice. A person who sings is called a singer or vocalist. Singers perform music that can be sung with or without accompaniment by musical instruments.

Instruments

A musical instrument is a device created or adapted to make musical sounds. In principle, any object that produces sound can be considered a musical instrument.

Music is best performed when musical insruments and singing comes together to make a beautiful melody. There are different types of music that takes place using both instruments and singing and they are as follows

R&B music

Rhythm and blues, often abbreviated as R&B, is a genre of popular music that originated in African-American communities in the 1940s. The term was originally used by record companies to describe recordings marketed predominantly to urban African Americans, at a time when "urbane, rocking, jazz based music with a heavy, insistent beat" was becoming more popular.

Pop music

Pop is a genre of popular music that originated in its modern form during the mid-1950s in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Country music

Country is a genre of popular music that originated with blues, old-time music, and various types of American folk music.

Opera music

Opera is a form of theatre in which music has a leading role and the parts are taken by singers, but is distinct from musical theatre.

Jazz music

Jazz is a music genre that originated in the African-American communities of New Orleans, Louisiana, United States, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with its roots in blues and ragtime.

African gospel music

Gospel music is a genre of Christian music. The creation, performance, significance, and even the definition of gospel music varies according to culture and social context. An when it comes to african gospel music, you experience gospel music through the african culture.

All these are forms of music presented excellently with a singer and some instruments. If you want, you can try out a form of music you find appealing but not before you do a vocal warmup, because nobody wants to hear a squeaky voice that hasn't been exercised :)
